Contest Rules

It's a great challenge for IT professionals who is able to design and create high-performance, resourceless and reliable solutions that meet assigned requirements.

1. Eligibility

Participants must create their solutions by themselves. Group work is not allowed and can be considered as a violation and it'd be the reason of disqualification.

2. Registration

Registration was opened from 09:00 AM to 10 PM on 5th of March, 2019 (Moscow time zone, UTC + 3). It's required for all participants and submitted information are reviewed by organizer. If any information is incorrect or misleading, it can be considered as a matter of disqualification.

3. Submission and validation of solutions

Solutions submitted by participants are validated automatically by the system. Participants should submit their solutions as soon as they're ready, into the validation system in web interface.

Participants should choose the programming language in the web interface before submitting the solutions. Otherwise the validation system can compile the code incorrectly.

After validation the solutions are considered as accepted if they generate correct answers to all validation rules in the valid time and memory limits. Validation is run automatically, so the solutions should follow input and output formats described in the task description of each task precisely. All input data should be correct and meet all constraints mentioned in the task description.

There's no time limits for solving any task but final solutions should be submitted by 12:00 PM on 10th of March, 2019 (Moscow time zone, UTC + 3). Otherwise the solutions wouldn't be submitted and shown in scoreboard.

4. Results and scoreboard

Participants are ranked by quality of solved tasks. Participants who solve the tasks with the same quality are judged individually by the board of judges. The judges consider logic of algorithms, code quality and approach specifics and vote for a participant who is the best from their point of view.

The rest participants are considered as significant contributors and get electronic diplomas that indicate their scores.
